Note: Orders to US addresses are shipped via USPS media mail, and generally arrive within 2 to 9 business days. For speedier delivery, we recommend Priority Mail; if you choose it, your shipping charge will be increased to $12.50 for one or two books. Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days, but that is not guaranteed. If you would like Priority Mail or another service, please indicate that in the shipping instructions.

International orders may take longer than U.S. orders and may be subject to Customs charges. For international orders, we will adjust your shipping charge at fulfillment time.
