This CD has seven new songs, two older ones never recorded, and three previously recorded songs given new – definitive – treatments. It’s got guest appearances by friends Tom Rush, Jonatha Brooke, Krista Detor, Pat Wictor, Trina Hamlin, Eric Schwartz, Yani Batteau, and Sophie Buskin. It’s got a dee-vine rhythm section: besides percussionist Marshal Rosenberg, there are Jeff St. Pierre (bass), Kevin Barry (guitars), and Corey Schreppel (drums). It was lovingly produced by Neale Eckstein at Fox Run Studio.

This is the brand new book about the Chad Mitchell Trio, written by Mike Murphey with Mike Kobluk and Chad Mitchell. It's an intimate biography of the Trio, with extensive interviews with Mike and Chad, a forward by ‘almost’ CMT member and Trio friend, Tom Paxton, and the behind the scenes story of their first reunion in 1986 based on interviews with the musician who made it happen, Doris Justis. This new guitar manual can be used by a beginner, because the basics are covered, but will prove useful to any player along the beginner to advanced intermediate spectrum.
