Note: Orders to US addresses are shipped via USPS Media Mail, and are estimated to take up to 6 business days depending on distance, but may take longer. For speedier delivery, we recommend Priority Mail; if you choose it, your shipping charge will be increased to $18.95 for one book. Priority Mail is normally much faster than Media Mai, but that is not guaranteed. If you would like Priority Mail or another service, please indicate that in the shipping instructions.

International orders may take longer than U.S. orders and may be subject to Customs charges. For international orders, we will adjust your shipping charge at fulfillment time. International shipping of this book is very expensive (the book weighs more than 4 lbs); we will contact you before we ship.
